  • Interested in learning a new skill through a workshop?

As a biology graduate student, you can apply to the following organizations to fund travel for conferences and workshops. Just follow the links below to the application forms:

The Dalhousie Student Union (DSU) offers member grants of up to $100 to attend conferences or workshops, limited to one grant per year: apply

The Dalhousie Association of Graduate Students (DAGS) offers both travel & professional development grants valued at $100 each, limited to one of each grant per year. Students can apply to both grants for a given conference for a total of $200 per year: apply

The Faculty of Graduate Studies (FGS) offers conference travel grants of up to approximately $500, limited to one grant per degree: apply
